
Vendor Registration Form & Fee

You can send a check with your form, or you can use PayPal starting on 3/16/2023. To use PayPal, select the appropriate vendor type and click the Buy Now button.
Vendor / Exhibitors Rules and Information
- Booth fees are non-refundable for cancellations by vendors. Fees are refundable if the event is canceled, not rescheduled.
- Vendor Early Set up: Friday, March 24th, 3 PM – 6 PM
- Vendor Set Up – Saturday, March 25th beginning 8:00 AM. All vendors must be set up and open by 11 AM on Saturday and must remain set up from the gate open until the close of the event. Any trailer vendors must arrive by 8 AM. NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS Early Vendor Set-up available must be scheduled: Friday, March 24th, 3 PM – 6 PM.
- Vehicles, RVs, motorcycles, etc., will NOT be allowed to be parked at your booth site. Each vendor must supply his/her tables, utensils, chairs, umbrellas, tents, generators, electric extension cords, water hoses, lights, ice, etc.
The Festival Committee is not responsible for any set-up or breakdown of booths. All booths must have proper weights.
- Electricity will be available at selected sites.
- The Gulf Coast Oyster Cook-Off & Festival Committee reserves the right to sell all beverages, including soft drinks, water, alcohol, and beer. Therefore, these items cannot be sold or given away.
- The Gulf Coast Oyster Cook-Off & Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all vendors based solely on its discretion. Please check in at the Information Booth upon entering the grounds to receive your preassigned booth space. You will only receive passes for four workers. Any additional workers will be charged ($5.00) no more than six per booth.
