    Terms and Conditions:

    - Until a signed agreement and payment, vendor is not guaranteed space or inclusion in marketing campaigns.

    - If event must be rescheduled, all fee payments apply to the rescheduled date.

    - I agree not to sublet or sell any part of my booth.

    - Only allowed to sell specified product or service.

    - No early breakdown of booth.

    - Allowed to sell products and solicit attendees from booth space.

    - Only Clear Vision Entertainment is allowed to use the microphone for announcements.

    - Clear Vision Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or refuse the agreement.

    - 24hr notice and refund at the discretion of Clear Vision Entertainment.

    - All Beverages will be sold by Clear Vision Entertainment, LLC..

    - I agree to protect, indemnify, and save harmless Clear Vision Entertainment, LLC from all losses, costs, and damages.
