If you want to participate in this Christmas Show, we need your registration form and payment ASAP.
1. Load-In Times:
– Thursday, December 12th: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
– Friday, December 13th: 8:00am – 9:45am
2. Show Times:
– Friday, December 13th: 11am until 7pm
– Saturday, December 14th: 10:00am until 7:00pm
– Sunday, December 15th: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Use the form below (Step 1) or print, complete, and mail the Exhibitor Registration Agreement below. You can pay your vendor fee using the PayPal option below (Step 2) or include a check with your Registration Agreement.

    Terms and Conditions:

    - Until a signed agreement and payment, vendor is not guaranteed space or inclusion in marketing campaigns.

    - If event must be rescheduled, all fee payments apply to the rescheduled date.

    - I agree not to sublet or sell any part of my booth.

    - Only allowed to sell specified product or service.

    - No early breakdown of booth.

    - Allowed to sell products and solicit attendees from booth space.

    - Only Clear Vision Entertainment is allowed to use the microphone for announcements.

    - Clear Vision Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or refuse the agreement.

    - 24hr notice and refund at the discretion of Clear Vision Entertainment.

    - I agree to protect, indemnify, and save harmless Clear Vision Entertainment, LLC from all losses, costs, and damages.

    VENDOR RULES

    1. Space Reservation: To guarantee your space and inclusion in the marketing and promotional campaign, please ensure that you have signed the agreement and made the required payment.
    2. Rescheduled Event: In the event of a rescheduled date, all fee payments will be applied to the new date.
    3. Exclusive Use: You understand and agree that I cannot sublet or sell any part of my booth to another vendor, business, or individual.
    4. Product/Service Limitation: Vendors are only allowed to sell their products or services and may not offer any other products or services for sale.
    5. Compliance: Any vendor found selling unauthorized items will be asked to remove them from their booth.
    6. Booth Breakdown: Booths may not be dismantled or vacated before the designated show conclusion time.
    7. Selling and Soliciting: Vendors may sell products and solicit attendees only from their assigned booth space.
    8. Use of Microphones and Announcements: The use of microphones and pre-arranged announcements is only permitted with prior approval and will be provided by Clear Vision Entertainment LLC.
    9. Violation Consequences: Violation of any of the above sections of this agreement will result in immediate removal from the show.
    10. Agreement Cancellation: Clear Vision Entertainment LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse this agreement at its sole discretion, with a 24-hour notice. Any refund will be at the discretion of Clear Vision Entertainment LLC.
    11. Indemnification: By signing and sending the form, you agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Clear Vision Entertainment LLC and Edgewater Mall from any loss, costs, damages, or expenses arising from accidents or incidents causing injury or damage to any person within or around the leased premises.

    By signing and sending the form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms, payment requirements, and refund policies outlined above.
